Privacy Policy & Support
Applies to the Access by iSecureFL web portal at access.isecurefl.com and the Access by iSecureFL resident apps for Android and iPhone. Last updated 8 October 2026.
Who we are
Access by iSecureFL provides gated-community access control software to community associations and their management companies. Each community controls the records for its own residents, guests and vehicles; Access by iSecureFL processes that information on the community's behalf.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address and phone number used to sign in and to identify you at the gate.
- Household details: your community, street and house number, and the vehicles registered to your address by community staff.
- Guest and event entries you create: guest names, phone numbers, visit dates, contractor company and insurance details, and the access code issued for each pass.
- Gate activity: date, time, gate, vehicle description and the credential used for each entry or exit, retained as the community's security record.
- Device notification token: stored only if you turn on arrival notifications, and used solely to deliver those alerts.
How we use it
Information is used to verify residents and guests at the gate, issue and validate guest passes, deliver arrival notifications you request, and give community staff the access records they are responsible for keeping. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Who can see your information
Residents see only their own household's records. Gate staff and community administrators see records for their own community. Nothing is shared across communities. We share data with service providers strictly to run the service: cloud hosting and database (Supabase), email delivery, text-message delivery (Twilio), and Apple Push Notification service for iPhone arrival alerts. We may disclose records where required by law or when the community requests its own data.
Security and retention
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with per-community access rules enforced in the database. Gate PINs are stored only as a one-way hash. Access records are retained for as long as your community requires them for security and audit purposes; account and guest records are removed when the community removes them.
Your choices
You can turn arrival notifications off at any time in the app or portal settings. To correct your contact details, update your profile or ask your community office. To request access to, or deletion of, your personal information, contact your community management office or use the support request linked below; requests involving community-owned access records are handled together with the community.
Children
The service is intended for adult residents and community staff and is not directed to children under 13.
Support
For help with the portal or the resident app, send us a support request. For gate access, guest passes or household changes, contact your community management office first — they administer your records.
